Measurement information
How results are measured ⌄
MYinc Speedtest uses Measurement Lab's NDT7 infrastructure. It tests one encrypted TCP connection in each direction. Results can differ from multi-connection tests such as nPerf.
Minimum TCP latency is provided by the measurement server. This application does not independently measure jitter, packet loss, Wi-Fi signal strength or ISP identity.
Where upload statistics are unavailable, the browser-derived upload figure is clearly marked as an estimate.
Privacy, data use and testing limits ⌄
M-Lab may publish measurement information including your public IP address and retains its datasets. Tests use real internet data and may affect capped connections.
Interactive testing is limited to 40 tests per day by M-Lab policy. This application uses a local counter and cooldown to discourage excess testing. See the MYinc privacy notice, M-Lab privacy policy and acceptable use policy.
